It also restores HP for a second ally ( any ally, not just the one who received the original Skill effect), but not before it becomes necessary to do so. Luocha's main source of healing comes from his Skill, which allows him to immediately heal an ally. This is mostly a good thing though, as it allows Luocha to help his team in other ways: when his HP restoration isn’t needed, Luocha can deal decent damage, buff his allies, and remove buffs from his opponents. In fact, he doesn’t even have the ability to heal all team members at the same time.

Unlike fellow healers Natasha and Bailu, Luocha isn’t fully focused on keeping the team alive. Technique: Immediately triggers the Talent at the start of the battle. When Luocha is down, the Field will be dispelled. When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, the attacking ally’s HP is restored by 12% of Luocha's ATK plus 60. Talent: When Abyss Flower reaches 2 stacks, Luocha consumes all stacks of Abyss Flower to deploy a Field against the enemy.Ultimate: Removes 1 buff from all enemies and deals Imaginary DMG equal to 120% of Luocha's ATK to all enemies. This effect can be triggered again after 2 turns. When any ally's HP percentage drops to 50% or less, an effect equivalent to Luocha's Skill will immediately be triggered and applied to this ally for one time (without consuming Skill Points). Meanwhile, Luocha gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower.

Luocha was released in Honkai: Star Rail version 1.1.
